30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Hair dryer & curler: Must be unused, in original packaging, with all attachments and manuals. Due to hygiene, used items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Hair clips: Must be unused, unopened, in original packaging.

  • Electrical items must not show signs of damage from misuse (e.g., water, drops).

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund is for product cost only.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions.

  3. Ship back (keep tracking).

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
